Dr. François Le Naour
Holder of an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon and a PhD from the Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, François LE NAOUR joined the Atomic Energy Commission in 1984 to work for more than 20 years on materials for nuclear energy, successively climbing all hierarchical levels up to Head of Service.
In 2004, he joined the New Energy Technologies Program Division where he first led the Hydrogen Production program. In 2010, he joined the Hydrogen and Biomass Head of Department.
Since 2015, François LE NAOUR has been assisting the Director of CEA / LITEN, Florence LAMBERT, in the definition of the hydrogen strategy and more generally on the strategy for the energy systems of the future.
As a national and international expert, he participated this year in the drafting of the National Hydrogen Plan launched by the Minister of Ecological and Solidarity Transition Nicolas HULOT.
